Delete everything

Open Me → Privacy & data → Delete everything, and confirm. That erases every period, log, note, pregnancy record and setting, removes the encryption key and your PIN, cancels every reminder and restores the normal app icon. Mensia then starts again from the welcome screen. You may want to export first: it cannot be undone.

Uninstalling the app removes everything too, because nothing was stored anywhere else.

Forgotten your PIN?

If face or fingerprint unlock is on, use it and set a new PIN. If not, the only way back in is Delete everything — there is no server that could reset it, which is also what keeps your data private.

Files you exported

A doctor report, a CSV or JSON export, or an encrypted backup you saved or shared is outside Mensia and has to be deleted wherever you put it. A copy included in a device backup is removed from that backup when your phone next backs up without it — or turn off Include in device backup.

Diagnostics

Crash reports and usage counts are tied to an installation identifier, not to you. Uninstalling Mensia ends that identifier, and Google deletes the data on its own retention schedule. Switch off Share anonymous diagnostics to stop new reports.
